An express mechanic’s lien is acknowledged on the serviced vehicle to secure payment for repairs completed at our shop. This standard industry practice ensures fairness and clarity for both parties.
Warranty Terms
All auto repair sales and services are final. We offer a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty, whichever occurs first, covering the parts and labor associated with the original repair. Warranty claims must be addressed at our shop and cannot exceed the original cost of the repair.
Parts provided by the customer are not covered under any warranty. All parts we install are new unless otherwise noted.

What’s Covered Under Warranty
This warranty is designed to protect against failures caused by defective parts or issues related to our original workmanship. If a covered component fails within the warranty period, we’ll take care of it—provided the vehicle returns to our shop for evaluation and repair.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Warranty coverage does not extend to labor or parts required due to delays in repair, vehicle neglect, abuse, missed maintenance, or normal wear and tear from heavy-duty use. It also excludes diagnostics if repairs are performed elsewhere or postponed. No other services or accommodations are included unless specifically stated in writing.
