Our Standard Warranty Policy

Express Mechanic’s Lien Notice

To secure payment for completed repairs, an express mechanic’s lien is placed on the vehicle. This standard industry practice ensures mutual fairness and transparency between shop and customer.

Warranty Terms You Can Count On

All repair services are final and come with a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first). This warranty applies specifically to the parts and labor associated with your original repair order. To make a warranty claim, you must return to our facility for an evaluation. Reimbursement cannot exceed the original cost of the repair.

Parts supplied by customers are not eligible for coverage. All components installed by our team are new unless otherwise specified.

What Our Warranty Covers

We cover failures that result from defective parts or issues related to the original service performed by our technicians. If a covered issue arises within the warranty period, we will make it right—as long as the vehicle is brought back to us for inspection and repair.

What Isn’t Covered

This warranty does not apply to damage from misuse, neglect, missed maintenance, or wear and tear under heavy-duty conditions. Labor and parts are not covered if the repair is delayed or performed at another location. Diagnostic services are excluded unless specified in advance. No additional benefits apply unless agreed upon in writing.

Warranty Claim Support
