Extremely pleased. Took my 2011 BMW 328I to Prestige for repair. I had a very good idea of what the issues with my car was. I requested an estimate via email based on my own research and which was promptly replied to by Stephanie anf Andre with a detailed estimate much lower than the dealership and other competitors around Sacramento. I called to schedule an appointment and Stephanie immediately ordered my part with no issues. I dropped off my car, went shopping for a few hours and had my car back in great shape by the end of the day. Best part was the honesty. The ran a diagnostic and confirmed that my suspicion eas correct. They didn't try to sell me on any other unnecessary services or repairs. They took care of my car and had me out the door happy. The brake repair was top notch!

I got right in for an oil change and diagnostic test. The oil change was less expensive than what I pay with a coupon at other places. They found the problem that caused my engine light to come on, which another shop was unable to do. They fixed it the same day. All at a reasonable price. Also examined the vehicle and provided quotes for upkeep services. I recommend Prestige and will be a life time customer!

I brought my 2001 Ford Van in for a smog test. It was 2010 since I last used your service. You had my records and I was impressed with that. You were very friendly and got my vehicle smog checked in a half an hour. Thank you for taking care of your customers Peter Dorsett

I highly recommend this repair shop. I needed a same day appointment to change my transmission fluid because I was going on a road trip. They were able to squeeze me in and got me out faster then expected. I'll be coming back here for all my future repair needs.
