Prestige has been our repair shop for over 3 years servicing our two BMWs and one Camry. We have nothing but glowing remarks for Andre and his staff. My ES350 had 30K service due, which was over $500 at local Lexus Dealer. Andre at Prestige did a complete check up and I ended up paying for an oil, lube and filter only. I have to get a boot replaced on a right strut and air filters but they can wait for a while. I will have it done soon. Very honest and helpful, I was impressed.

Took my 2007 BMW 328xi as the check engine light came on during a Sunday (plus I had been having issues with the vehicle for about a month). I was prepared to spend a lot of money, and hear that multiple things were wrong with my car. I was able to bring my BMW in immediately when Prestige opened on Monday morning, and everyone was very courteous. Within a few hours, I received a call with the pricing and what was wrong with my car. I was relieved to hear that the price was about half of what I was expecting it to be, and Prestige was honest with the issues. I was able to pick up my car that afternoon with everything fixed. I will definitely be returning for services for my BMW!

I'm impressed! With 175,000 miles on my 2000 Infinti G20t, the engine monitoring system (engine codes) had worn to the point more than one thing was wrong, so the "codes" didn't tell exactly what was going wrong. Plus, I'd bought the car from a friend in Virginia and needed to register it in California (it had California Emissions). Andre & crew kept at it until it behaved itself. It passed SMOG yesterday and now - on to deal with our DMV. Thank you.

Prestige Auto Works got me in quickly and did a great job on my car, working quickly so I could make it to a later class on time. They offered reasonable prices and were honest with what did and didn't need to be done. I am giving them a 4 instead of 5 only because they forgot to do one thing during their service that I reminded the secretary, two mechanics, and the manager about and still got home to find not completed. As their shop is over half an hour away from me, I won't be able to return to have it done and will have to purchase the parts and do it myself.

They did a great job fixing my Beetle... I didn't realize how bad it was until it was fixed. Had a broken/cracked transmission mount and because of that it also needed both front side axles replaced. Car now shifts much more smoothly, easier to put in gear (manual transmission), and no vibration... steering feels tight. My ONLY concern is that I made my appt for 8:00am Friday morning but dropped it off on Thursday afternoon for convenience for me and the shop. When I called around 3:30 on Friday to see when I could pick it up the mechanic was just looking at it. And because he had to order parts it couldn't be finished until Saturday afternoon. A bit of a hassle rearranging a pick up ride but I'm always extremely satisfied with the end result and the price. I think they are so good at fixing cars that maybe they are just too busy? Thank you!
