I called two places to fix my A/C when the high was predicted to be 101 degrees. The first place, my regular mechanic for the past 2 years would not take me unless i left the vehicle all day. the second place asked me to call back and when i did, asked me to leave a phone number to call back, which they never did. I am a busy person who works full time and do not have people to drive me to work 20 miles away when i need to have my jeep serviced. I called Prestige at and they took me right in. Stephanie the receptionist was awesome. Sharp, knowledgeable and efficient. She told me it would be about 30 minutes and it was. I waited in the office and got to work by 11 in a nice cool ride. I was very grateful for Presitge. I will definitely go back for my next oil change.
