I have consistently had very positive experiences with Prestige. The people I encounter are friendly and helpful, and I have NEVER felt like anyone was trying to take advantage of the fact that I have zero car knowledge. Any issue I've gone to get fixed was taken care of efficiently.

This was my first visit. My insurance company had my car towed there. The staff were very pleasant. Fortunately, the problem wasn't too major, and my car was ready for me the next day. It has been running great. Their shop rates are about on par with other shops in the area - scary to behold! ;-) But I'll definitely consider coming back the next time I need repairs.

My engine light came on, on my 9-3 SAAB turbo. The dealership i bought it from could'nt figure out why it kept coming on. Within a few days and tons of research (SAAB's are known for precarious issues) I was back on the road and no engine light. Great JOB once again to Andre and Stephanie. Thank you
