I brought in my 2004 BMW 530i to Prestige Auto Works as they are BMW specialist. Once I rolled in, my car was taken in immedicately for service. I had an oil change. Turn over was 30 minutes and Prestige came back and inform me that the oil change went well and suggested that I should consider making a few other maintaince sometime soon and wrote me a invoice if I choose to do this. I would have to say Prestige is very fast, honest and knowledgeable about what they do. I will surely come back for other services.

I came in for an oil change and left with a CV cover replacement and a new oil pan gasket, plus new oil. More money, of course, but two problems that could have become major were taken care of. I appreciate the skill and care of all the people who work here.

One of the most difficult things to find in this day and age is someone you can trust. That does not apply when it comes to my mechanic. Not only is he the most knowledgeable mechanic but his integrity that he gives to his clients is 2nd to none. He stands by services 100%. He has worked on all my vehicles frm my mercedes S500 to my jollopy and every time i have been completely satisfied. His office ( Stephanie) is a fantastic receptionist/everything else has always kept me abreast on the status of my vehicle. Being careful not to have a conflict of interest but my profession relates to customer service and Prestige is, well the business name says it all....

I took my Honda Civic 2001 EX, for AC Compressor replacement; I took it in on Monday 15,2013 8:15am and I got the call that it was ok to pick up at 1pm. I say that's a good amount of time, since I hadn't made an appt. AC is running cold. Only thing that I wish they did was to explain to customer what was wrong with their cars. I will post a review later if anything goes wrong. Thanks for the job Prestige Auto Works
