Droped my car Friday night after I couldn't get it started again. Saturday Andre spent all day until 6:00 pm getting it ready with a big list of items to fix and got a discount for being a customer. The service and the work are top notch. I recommend this shop to anybody for a great service and good work.

I have always been satisfied with the workmanship that I receive at Prestige. The only disappointment that I had was on parts delivery time estimation. The time for the stud to arrive was 45 minutes, but the actual time was nearly 90. You guys did great work, and the time estimate was the only lacking aspect to my visit.

They repaired my car October 2012, using factory parts and the parts failed. When I informed them of the failure, they said they guaranteed this work for one year and bring in the car. I brought it in on Monday at 8:00 AM and it was fixed by early afternoon. I have no complaints with this job.

I went in for a smog test the other day and they were able to get me in right away. I also went in today, they had to order a part for me to repair my window switch.
