It was some of the best service I've had at any auto shop. Everyone was nice and they got us in and out quickly.

Went in for routing SMOG check, all went well. Great and friendly place which I still recommend to friends and family.

Most recently I went in to Prestige Auto Works for an oil change but I have been there before. They get my in quickly. They are always friendly and their prices are reasonable. They're open on Saturdays which is a big plus.

After my last oil change I heard a grinding noise,,I called and Stephanie gave me an Appt. to check the noise at no cost,,I also noticed the oil pressure had been high so I wondered if it was a quart low maybe / ?? Stephanie and the mechanic heard the noise,,He worked on it for at least an hour,,checking fluid levels and such,,They could find no reason for noise and Andre told me to bring it back when the engine was cold so He could hear it. all was done at no cost. I have not heard the noise in three days and the oil pressure is down now,,so whatever the issue it was corrected at no costI think Stephanie is amazing at the front desk and I think Andre runs an honest business which I really appreciate. Ive recommended this place to my friends

The guy was very straightforward. He was very honest and direct, and didn't try to oversell me like other places do. I would totally recommend them. I've been to other places before and didn't like them as much because they are more sales focused.

I went to Prestige Auto Works on a Saturday morning for a diagnostics on my vehicle because my "Check Engine" light was on. My only dissatisfaction with the experience comes from the waiting; the work was supposed to take 2 hours and I waited there for 5 hours. But, there is nothing they can do about the waiting. The good thing is that it looks like they fixed the problem and the light is no longer on.
