Prestige Auto Works has an excellent service but their prices are too high. I felt they overcharged for the labor but they do a great job as far as fixing your car. I am not sure if it was just women getting overcharged for simple maintenance and repairs, but it was high. I shop around for prices and my boyfriend's brother is a mechanic, and even he recognized I was being ripped off. I was given a labor price and I got called back once the work was done and told the labor price would be higher because it took extra time. He wanted to charge me $521 to replace an air conditioning piece and censor so I went elsewhere and got it done for $200.

very thorough. easy to set appointment. dropped my car off when they opened and it was done in 2 hrs at an affordable price. very impressed.

i apreciated that when my tires were in for rotation and they checked the aligment ( no charge) it nnede aligment did not proceed with rotation and discounted alignment , id say that was decent and noble of them I believe that they have gain a regular customer

Prestige Auto Works continues to keep my car going. I took it in for a brake job, thinking I would need both front and back brakes done. In a short time I had a call from Stephanie, telling me it was only the front brakes. It was done quickly and cost less than I expected. Andre even cleaned and adjusted the rear brakes. The car feels great, and I am relieved and grateful. I will continue to use Prestige and refer others to them
