The day we went to Prestige, the wait for our vehicle's smog check was a bit long (over an hour). However, the waiting room is nice with a portable heater to keep you warm and magazines to read. There is also a Jimboy's Restaurant nearby to get a bit to eat. Staff is friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Prestige helped me avoid a couple of big headaches. When my daughter was looking to buy a car, we took them Prestige for inspections even though both cars "looked" to have no problems. Their full inspection caught items on both cars that could have cost us thousands down the road if not addressed. They made it very easy for my daughter to decide on her next car. They were fast, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable .. and with a reasonable price.

My car had been sitting for about a-year-and-a-half and needed some work done before I started diving it again. My son referred me to Prestige Auto Works, who did the smog check and changed my breaks. They fixed my car and they are the first mechanic shop to ever show me the parts they took out and explain why they had to be replaced. I had never had an auto mechanic volunteer to show me the parts they took out. Andre was very helpful. He even helped me by referring Capital Collision Center, who did some body work on my car. Overall, it was a great experience.

Andre and his crew always treat me extremely well, and do a professional, solid job on any and all repairs. I have been using this shop for all my car work for a couple years now, and plan on continuing to do so.

It was a little daunting to go to Prestige Auto Works at first. The building isn't exactly great, and the area it's in may make you wonder what you're doing there. Once you get in though, the tune-up space is clean and the staff is professional. They're honest and upfront about things like the cost of repair. I've been there twice so far, and it's been a very good experience.

They got my vehicle in quickly and got it fixed up. I thought it was a reasonable price for what they did. They even picked me up once the vehicle was done.
