The battery in our Volvo V70 wagon died late one Saturday afternoon recently. I had recently noticed an ad for Prestige Auto Works and took the car there to see if the battery could be replaced. We pulled into the shop at 4:15 and Andre the manager said he would replace it. We were very impressed with his level of customer service and willingness to help us.

They did exactly what they said they would do. They did very detailed work. I'm very pleased with my experience.

I've been to Prestige Auto Works several times now, about three. I just call in and Stephanie is very efficient, friendly, and good at scheduling appointments to get me in. The work has been fine. The price for the brake change was really good; Midas was charging me $250 or $265 and Prestige Auto Works came in just under $200. For the break change, I was in and out in about an hour. The other two times I was there, they did the oil change on my car. The oil changes generally take forty-five minutes or less. As far as convenience, they are about five to six miles away from my home. This is just a good place to do business with and I like the fact that they're local.

Good service but took an unusually long time to complete

Prestige Auto Works has helped me with all sorts of issues with my car, from the basics to complicated issues. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. Andre is fantastic. I am not an auto savvy person and Andre breaks things down for me. I think they're extremely fair and a great company to be associated with. If everyone gave them a try they would probably never to back to anyone else, which is what happened with me. I have not gone elsewhere since I started using them.

It is a real pleasure to deal with Prestige Auto.

Our appointment was confirmed in person by phone and e-mail. Staff was courteous and accommodating in scheduling. We got in at our appointment time and the car was tended to right away for its alignment. We found out that we have to get one tire replaced. They gave us a quote. After comparatively shopped for tire replacement, their price is fair and competitive. We'll be back to schedule another visit.
