I have taken my car to Prestige Auto Works on two occasions. Both times were for major repairs. The repairs were done in a timely fashion, and I always felt like I was charged fairly. They never tried to sell me on any unnecessary service, which I really appreciated.

Everytime I come here, I'm provided with excellent service and this is why I continue to come back...

It was actually less expensive for me to get my oil changed here than if I got all the materials to change my oil myself. The owner is very hardworking and professional. He seems like he has a good head on his shoulders and isn't trying to put up any kind of fake business or overly friendly front with anyone. He seems like a nice guy overall and the lady at the window was pretty chill too. I do wish they had a water cooler though..I think they did but I didn't actually try it. It'd be nice to be able to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or something or some water while you wait. Haha but I guess its more of a no nonsense kind of place. Not to say that a box of cookies or tea/instant coffee would be nonsense. Just would help the place be more welcoming. That was all my very superficial .5 point off was for =p

I luv this place...I can take my car there and know it will get fixed and the right way...

He takes care of all my cars. I came here when he first opened and have always been pleased. There is no shady haggling, he merely tells you what's wrong and gives you the opportunity to decide. Simply put, I do not go anywhere else for my vehicle needs. I have been to expensive "so-called Master Experts," for cars and they did a horrible job. This shop will take care of you in a family oriented "HONEST" way. I always appreciate his work. If you need your car looked at, come here! I have for the past 3-4 years and will continue to do so.

I took my car into Prestige Automotive last Thursday, July 19, 2012, at 8am for the check engine light. ndre quickly called me at 9:45 and told me my problems. Funny thing is, the check engine light has been on for the past year, had the EGR valve replaced 5 times, three times last year and twice two months ago. One repair shop conveyed that I needed to have the oil leaks repaired immediately along with my rack and pinion, did not mention the actual reason for the check engine light on. So, yes I have been through it with various car shops. Anyway, Andre explained that the intake manifold was clogged and stated it needed a gasket. So he repaired it on Monday, July 23, 2012. Told me it did not need the gasket but the o rings and some other things. He knew what was going on right away, was honest about it, wanted me to see the engine, explained everything to me. His office manager is great too. Stephanie is so friendly and patient. Yes, I will definitely highly recommend Prestige Auto. Prestige Auto will be the auto repair shop for all my cars. Prestige AutoWorks is an excellent shop to have your car worked on! They are prompt with their service and their estimates are accurate, and best of all, they are pretty cheap compared to other shops! I couldn't ask for anything more! I will continue to bring my vehicles for service!

Bought minivan in for smog cert. Courteous receptionist, prompt service with appointment, clean waiting area, I definitely will come back again.
