Fortunately-and unfortunately-I have found myself at Prestige three times in the last few months as my car is getting old. Each time Prestige took care of me quickly and fairly. During my last visit I intended to have a quick tire repair but ended up needing more service after they diagnosed my check engine light. Staff goes above and beyond. For example, I came in past the cut-off time to get new tires delivered, so staff went out and picked them up themselves so that I could have same-day service. I highly recommend their work.

I had my truck towed in on a Friday afternoon and had my truck back on SATURDAY early afternoon...Andre called me way after hours Friday and said they were real busy and to give me the estimate, which at first seemed high but gave the go ahead after he said he could go lower on the part price...since i have found out that the quote he gave me was spot on for the repair in this area...right in the middle. And i believe took them a little while to diagnose (which they did not charge for), including a battery charge and time consuming test drives, with cold and warm start tests to determine for sure it was the fuel pump...i owe my initial "sticker shocked" response to my own lack of experience...i have always worked on my own cars and in recent years owned new vehicles which didn't need repairs...so this was my first experience paying for professional repairs...bottom line: They went out of their way to get it done right, timely, fairly priced and made sure i was well informed and satisfied...I am very satisfied and will bring in my other two vehicles for repairs with confidence that they will make it right...

This was my first experience with this company. It was friendly, fast service. They honored their coupon--no unwelcome surprises. I appreciated the free wifi access in the lobby. I intend to do business with Prestige Auto Works again in the future.

Would highly recommend this auto shop. From the time I called to get a quote, then later take my car in, they were very friendly and fast. The only slight disappointment was having to take my car in again because they found additional parts were needed that they didn't have them in stock. When I went back in the very next day, they got me in and out in less than an hour with a smile on their face and mine. Very pleased!
