I found this shop on yelp.com. The reviews were great and I was surprised that they were true. At Prestige Auto Works the customer comes first. Stephanie is awesome. She is patient and her main concern is the customer. Andre the owner is fabulous. I brought my car in and received my quote, all I could think about is what they were going to actually charge me. I am very leery due to have terrible past expierences with other shops. But I was totally taken aback when the finished price was on point. This shop is awesome I can't say it enough. After price comparison with many other shops they are more than fair. I since have been telling everyone about Prestige, last week my roommate needed work done and she was treated as wonderfully as I was. Without a doubt I will only have Prestige work on my car. When I asked Andre for his advice he was totally 100% honest with me. I am 110% satisfied!Thank you Andre and Stephanie!

I scheduled an appointment to have the heater core replaced on my BMW M3 but had to be at work early so I parked the car and left the key in the mail slot. They emailed me shortly after opening to let me know they had the car and the car was ready for pick-up when promised as well. Stephanie has a positive, friendly attitude and I'll be back for sure.

Received a coupon for an oil change through the mail. Mechanic was helpful and honest -- he saved me from having to do work that was suggested by a couple other mechanics! And although a simple thing, mechanic filled my tires properly and my fuel economy improved! I'll be back for my next oil change!

I don't normally write reviews for businesses, but I decided to write one for my BMW repair shop. I recently went to Prestige due to trying to save some money and still have a great repair shop. Well...they did outstanding work on my car and I have been pleased both times I have been to the shop. Would definately recommend them to anyone looking for a place to feel safe and satisfied with the service on your car.

Had a really wonderful experience at Prestige. They were very flexible with my needs and the work done on my car was excellent. I had been going mostly for oil changes but after my breakes started ot go I decided to skip the dealer prices and try them instead. So glad I did!

I choose who I do business with by reading Yelp reviews. This shop lived up to the top rate Yelp reviews I read about them. They were clean, flexible, and didn't pull any suprizes. This is a business with integrity. Well done!

I went to Prestige based upon other reviewers favorable comments and was not disappointed. Very professional and performed smog check with certificate to DMV at a very reasonable price. I did not require mechanical work on my car I would definitely take my car in for other type of work if necessary.
