Randomly selecting Prestige for a smog check and a diagonis for a shimmy coming from the front-end. I was nicely surprised from not only the price of the smog check but the outright honesty. The shimmy was due to having oversize 4-wheel drive tires, in fact from this being the second set of oversized tires and the vehicle had a 2" lift, I was ready to concede that it was something significant, wheel bearing, drive shaft, etc. but the technician at Prestige asked where did you have the tires mounted, I told him, he said take the vehicle back there and they should correct the problem for free. He could have easily stated "we take care of it, for a price" but did not.

After a terrible grinding noise coming from my brakes, I stopped by for a FREE brake inspection and found out my rear drum brakes were grinding metal to metal and way overdue for a change. I was able to schedule for the following day to get my brakes serviced. Such a relief to remove the fear of braking and that terrible noise.

Needed a smog certification and surfed the net looking for a good price. Prestige had the best deal going around even without their coupon. They provided walk in service that afternoon and I was out of there within 20 minutes. The front desk staff was polite and personable, the lobby sparse but neat, variety of magazines available to read, soda machine available, too. I don't like to be wined and dined, just want my business taking care of in a quick & efficient manner. I found that with Prestige Auto. We're taking a second vehicle in for another smog check and will definitely consider Prestige for future engine work. I like the fact that I saw Andre working both in the shop and in the office. Hands on is good in my book.

I got in right a away for an oil change, surfed the web on their wifi while I waited, and it only took about 20 minutes per vehicle (I brought in 2 cars that day).

I had been delaying getting my car fixed because I was not very confident I could find a trustworthy mechanic. I was referred to Andre by another co-worker and I don't regret it AT ALL!!!!! My car runs like new, and Andre made me feel very comfortable that I FINALLY found an honest mechanic. I won't go anywhere else EVER!!!!

I have been here many times and every time the staff is friendly and helpful. The service went well and they finished quickly. I always appreciate fair pricing also.
