Sacramento and Elk Grove Auto Repair

Took our truck in to Andre at Prestige. It had been making a funny sound and burning up a lot of oil. He took it for a drive, gave us a diagnosis. We weren't comfortable with the diagnosis (particularly the price tag), and he allowed us to go with him on another test drive to double check what was going on. We appreciated that he didn't seem put off or offended at us wanting to be sure. Turns out the problem we went in for was minor, but he found an even bigger problem that we hadn't noticed .. and had he not detected it, could have caused a safety issue for us while driving. We got our truck back sooner than expected and with a lower bill than expected. This is the third time taking one of our vehicles in to Andre. We're glad to have a place we consider reliable and efficient.

I had an 'intermittent turning light' problem and ANDRE resolved it very well. I would recommend anybody hunting for an honest service to look no furthur. Thanks ANDRE, I will come back if i need anything more.

I have always had a pleasant experience at this shop. After I came in for an oil change once, a few month later I took my wife's and to my surprise they remembered me and my car. The service has always been great. This is the only place I take our cars.

An amazing establishment. Technicians are very knowledgeable from higher end European cars to your average run of the mill domestic car. I've taken my cars to Aundre and his staff for the past couple years now and couldn't be happier. Easy to make appointments, can be made and online. The maintennance email reminders are also helpful. I know that when I take my car there it will always be done when promised and at the most competitive rates I know. Thanks Stephanie for always making sure parts are ordered on time and for calming me down when I freak out about my car;) thanks Aundre for keeping my cars humming and for not allowing me to spend money on my car if I didn't need to. You guys rock!

Prestige Auto Works is always very helpful and professional. They always consider what is the best option for you and your car rather than just their bottom line, which isn't something I've found in often in previous places I've taken my car.
