I am extremely happy with bringing my car to Prestige. Like their name states, the work and care they have with these cars is very prestigious. I've brought my car in twice now. First time, I spoke with the dealership before bringing it in. They quoted me a bunch of "possible" issues, which would have caused a large amount of time without my only car. Thankfully I took the second opinion of Prestige and they were able to pinpoint my issue and fix it all within the same day. They also gave me the reasoning for my car's poor performance and how to mitigate these issues for the future. The second time around I knew just to go to Prestige from the get go. Within four hours of giving them the car again they pinpointed the issue. They also honored their discounts and allowed me a month of time, if other issues arose from the same code. Not only did they find my car's problem, the amazing lady at the front desk, Stephanie, answered all my questions I had from the inspection.
