Excellent customer service. Highly impressed by their truthfulness. They had the opportunity to take care of my ignorance but they never did. A reason to forever trust them.

Customer service is lacking. Service person did not communicate status with me. I had to call to see if diagnosis was done and to see what time car would be ready. I was told car would be ready end of day two. Told me to be there at 6:15 pm even though they close at 6. My car was not ready until 7:15 pm. Didn't go over work done on a $1000.00 repair. This was my first visit and my last.

Great place to get your car done. They are easy to work with do the work that you need done and communicate about what the car needs and doesn't need. I know that they are what I have been looking for in a mechanic. Great work, reliable, honest and reasonably priced.

Amazing customer service.

My car needed an alignment and it was early evening. The shop around the corner had told me there alignment specialist wasn't there anymore and to come back but I needed to get my alignment some right away. I called prestige auto work and they said they had time if I can come on by so I did. They also had a coupon for 90$ alignment instead of the 120$. They aligned the wheels on my car. Job well done. I drove it home and well the steering wheel was off and I called them and they said bring it on by the next day so I did. They told me I had a loose lower control arm and they tightened it for me and gave me another realignment. The car veers to the right and the steering wheel isn't centered but I'm happy I can come back here and get it fixed again. They must hate me because they've seen me probably 3 times within the week but I would like to apologize ahead of time because I do commute far and it is annoying to always hold the steering whee at an angle for those 3-5 hour drive but they offer great service here and goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied. I would definitely come back here again. It is difficult to find great and honest people working in this field.
