After a few minutes she called me back, to let me know of a recall on my vehicle, it wasn't the problem I was having, but it was refreshing to have someone take the extra step to show that they care. 8 check-ins This is my 2nd car that Andre at Prestige Auto has cared for. The quality of service is excellent, prices are fair and reasonable, and they finish the work on time and at the price they promised. Today I needed a battery and prestige was 20% less than the two leading auto parts suppliers plus they installed it for NO additional charge. I would have has to install the battery myself if I purchased from auto parts store. Advantage: speaking with Stephanie is much more pleasant than typical crew at auto parts store. Will continue to be happy patron of Prestige. I want to favorably comment on the service and capabilities at Prestige Auto Works. My Volvo had a fuel-smell when the car was driven, especially but not always when cold, and periodically the engine would start missing when the car was driven - sometimes it did it, sometimes it didn't!. Before I had Andre look at it, I had taken my Volvo to two other car service facilities, (one to get my smog certificate) that specialized in European or Volvo-specific service. Neither one could find the problem though that didn't keep one of them from charging me for looking. :( Frustrated and annoyed with the problem that no one could find, I took it into Prestige to have Andre look at it. In less that one hour, he had diagnosed the problem (it was fuel and ignition system issues) and told me what it would take to fix it. I had them do the repair. Having the car diagnosed correctly, repaired and once again running smoothly AND saving at least $200 compared to Volvo dealer service, insures that I will be coming back and recommending Andre & Prestige Auto Works to friends.
