I have had such good experiences here. I bought a 2001 BMW 325i wagon with 160,000 miles and brought it in for any necessary maintenance and a check engine light that came on after buying it. They were always very transparent about each repair and Stephanie at the front desk always answered my dumb car questions with patience. About a month after all the repairs, my check engine light came on again and they let me know that there was some major damage to the engine that would require a prohibitively expensive engine replacement. They didn't push this on me or suggest a cheaper but less effective alternative, and Andrei even waived the diagnostic fee that time around because I had put so much $ into the car only for it to be on its last legs. While my car is a lost cause, I'm grateful for the friendly, honest and quality service at Prestige. Even my Lyft driver who dropped me off there was a loyal customer at this shop, which I took to be a great sign.
