After being referred by a dear friend to try Presige Auto, I can honestly say I was given the best service and they showed me exactly what was wrong. FINALLY found an honest repair shop....Andre install factory recommended parts. The job was needed on my Ford van. The spark plugs became loose. They installed new plugs, torqued then, gave me the old ones back with some data on with ones were loose. I've had three spark plugs blow out the threads on these heads in the past 1.5 years. Typical on Ford vans & trucks... Bottom line, I've found an honest business that relies on quality, old school workmanship. THANKS ANDRE and Stephanie...

Purchased a Yelp Deal Good honest mechanic and friendly staff, what more can you ask for. I'm a weekend DIY mechanic and leery of taking my cars to any mechanic especially dealerships. This time around I was visiting my mom in Sacramento and needed to take her Mercedes in for an oil change. Anybody that owns a luxury German car knows how expensive any service is. It was almost half of what the dealer charges so it was a no brainer. They said they were going to check the air filter too, that's when I thought for sure they were going to say I needed a new one to make more money. To my surprise they only did the oil change and inspection as requested and said my air filter was fine no need to change. They finished it faster than stated and ran outside to catch me before I left... Thanks Prestige I'll be back. Ps. Google maps is wonky here, it's down the street from the high way patrol station at the bend set back near the 99.
