Prestige Auto Works is the best! I took my 2012 Mustang GT to get repaired as my check engine light came on. I already ran the code, and it was a small EVAP leak. My smog check was coming up, and I couldn't figure out where the leak was. Andre and his team did a diagnostic test, and found out my filler neck for the gas tank was leaking (common in the Mustangs) using the smoke machine. You pay for the diagnostic, but that gets credited towards the repair, so bonus! They ordered the parts and replaced it the next day. I passed smog without difficulty. When I had another problem with the cap for the gas tank, they ordered the parts and replaced it as well. They were kind enough to not charge me for labor either. Stephanie even offered to drive me to work when I dropped the car off. That's top notch customer service. If you're in the South Sacramento area, I would definitely recommend going to Prestige for all your automotive work. A trusted mechanic and friendly customer service cannot be underestimated.

Needed a smog test for my 2002 Toyota. "Car's been unused for a while?" How did you know? "Recorders aren't reporting" (or some such), "drive it 150 miles." What? I do it, bring it back. "Better, but drive it another 150." You are kidding--what are these guys?. I do it, car passes. These guys are geniuses, that's what.

This is the only autoshop I trust with my car. I've only gone to them for every issue I've had with my Subaru. They have been amazing in every way from work done on my car to great customer service. The prices are also great everytime. I know the owner by name and the front desk personnel. Not everyone has this much trust in an auto shop but I do with them.

I went in the other day to get my routine oil change. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Prestige has taken great car of my Honda Accord for several years now.
