Great shop, very friendly staff, efficient service. I had a diagnostic done on a used truck. I didn't end up buying the vehicle but the information I got from the diagnostic helped me affirm my decision. I came from out of town, so they knew I probably wouldn't be a repeat customer, but I still got excellent service. Highly recommended.

My Durango starting acting up on the freeway and I feel very fortunate that it happened right near Prestige. Stephanie and Andre are class acts all the way. They took care of me, communicated everything along the way and (most importantly) got me back on the road after just a few hours. Thanks guys.

The mechanic service and time I was in and out was great! The mechanic himself was very personable and friendly. The front desk clerk however wasn't so friendly or customer service oriented. She didn't talk much, didn't let me know what was going on as far as hows looking my wait would be our hows many were in front of me. When my vehicle was done, She answered multiple phone calls while I stood at the desk for at least 5 minutes. Finally the mechanic came in and rung me up so I could leave.... mind you the front desk clerk was still on the phone talking about the holidays and how the person on the phone's holiday went. Not a business conversation.

Drop in the car with no prior appointment. Work completed in timely manner.
