Sacramento and Elk Grove Auto Repair

Had an issue with my car not starting and the A/C not working. Took it to prestige cause they have financing options. I was a little concerned at first but when I spoke to stephanie she assured me that all will work out in the end. Prestige is clean and very prompt to let you know what's going on with the repairs via text messages, emails or phone calls. The employees look happy to be there and that's a good sign. Thank your prestige, I think I found my new auto shop if I can not do it my self. Excellent shop and customer service

I was on a long trip and needed repairs on the car. The only shop available did a bad job and I had to stop two more times for repairs. Bolts were missing and loose causing belts to slip and squeal. When I got home I took it in to Prestige and the repairs were done right the first time. Prestige Auto Works staff is always friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed with the whole experience in dealing with Prestige. I've always been very suspicious of auto repair shops because of prior experiences, the horror stories that repair shops are untrustworthy & I have finally found a place that I can trust. From the time I walked in the door & was greeted by Stephanie to when I left in my car, I can honestly say that I wouldn't hesitate on recommending them to anyone. It was so cool getting texts & emails informing me on the status of my truck. I got a text showing me an overall digital inspection (XOXOcar) that told me what parts were working perfectly & 1 item that wasn't critical but that I should plan on having my transmission fluid changed soon.
