A long time ago Prestige was my go to. I had a 1993 VW Fox, I was the third owner so I didn't go to the dealer. Prestige never let me down. I referred a few friends with old cars and they all told me how happy they were with the recommendation. Flash forward. We bought a new Honda. We always took it to the dealer for repairs and maintenance. One day it would not start in our driveway and our towing service would not cover going to the dealer. To Prestige we went. Once again, we felt happy with the outcome and even got some maintenance work done while the car was there, specifically we got the spark plugs changed. Flash forward three years from the Honda repair...our Honda had been chugging a bit at idle. It smelled like gas. We took it to the dealer. They found nothing. The next night, driving on the freeway, the car made a loud pop and lost power. We towed it to the dealer. They discovered there was an issue with the spark plugs. We contacted Andre at Prestige and he, without hesitation said to bring in the car and that they would take care of it even though it was two years outside of warranty. He stood by his technician's work while at the same time providing excellent customer service. When we picked up the car it ran great and we felt confident that it had been repaired to the highest of standards. If you are looking for a strong work ethic, this is your place. And, a fun little thing, if you like to geek out on learning, they have a museum like display of inner car workings in the lobby, like dirty oil v. clean oil, to educate people on the importance of maintenance.
