First and foremost, I'd like to thank Prestige Auto Works for their professionalism. They took in my car, diagnosed it, and worked with my additional warranty insurance quickly and kept me well informed through the whole process. At the end of the day, I got bad news from my warranty and they stated that the repairs weren't covered under my warranty. Shawn was my direct contact and I'd like to thank him for his efforts, even though it wasn't approved under my warranty....he was always polite, respectful, and understanding. At the end of it all, I walked away with a great customer service experience. Customer Service isn't always about getting things fixed and or approved, it's about feeling comfortable through the whole process.
