Just wanted to pass on to everyone that we had a great experience with Andre. My wife was driving our BMW 535i from the Bay Area to Tahoe late on a Friday afternoon and had a breakdown in Sacramento. Towed the car to Prestige based on the proximity and Yelp reviews. Andre checked the car out first thing Saturday morning and hustled to get it fixed same day. He then arranged to have the car ready for her to pick up on her way back through town on Sunday / Father's Day. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty and worthy of 5 stars for just being super cool. 1 check-in Star certified smog station. I found out once I was at the shop that Yelp's $10 off check in offer doesn't apply to smog checks. The mechanic started complaining that they don't make any money off smog checks anyway because their fee is so low. I paid $47.85 total. The plus was I only had to wait 15 minutes with no appointment.
